Refund Eligibility:
1.1 If you cancel your reservation within the free cancellation period mentioned in the property’s cancellation policy, you are eligible for a full refund, subject to a 5% convenience charge deduction.
1.2 Cancellations made within the partial refund period outlined on the property’s page may qualify for a refund, with deductions for applicable fees or charges as specified.
1.3 No refund will be provided if the cancellation period has expired, as indicated on the property’s page.
Reservation Cancellation by Farmus:
Farmus reserves the right to cancel reservations under unforeseen circumstances, such as property unavailability or other reasons. If Farmus cancels your reservation, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
Reservation Modifications:

Refund Processing Time:
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days from the cancellation date. Additional time may be required for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
